Do you believe in God? Same question my mother asked as I swayed away from my religious background. 

I'm sure this has to do with my declaration of not belonging to any one religion although living religiously my spiritual practices - that means daily through prayer, meditation, showing gratitude, being mindful of others respectfully, humans, animals, nature.

PANDEMIC: GROWING PSYCHIC AWARENESS

In early 2020 I announced my Life Coaching practice is now focused on Metaphysical Coaching. In my mostly retirement it's time to pass on my knowledge and experiences to encourage others to raise their psychic       awareness  to benefit, not only themselves, but others.

DO YOU FIND YOUR PSYCHIC IMPRESSIONS ARE MORE THAN EVER?

Since the world is experiencing a major crisis -a  pandemic - more than ever people are becoming aware of, and/or willing to reveal their personal ESP/psychic happenings.

Why do I think psychic awareness is happening at a greater speed of development? The World is in a huge evolution. Nothing will be the same. Are you in? Or, will you fight the tides of change?

When having a psychic experience people are often are in a quandary and/or fearful.  Is it for real? How do I engage or not with what's happening?  Why me? Can I stop it or how to protect myself from it? 

Mostly, I can be of assistance to because I've had myriad experiences myself and because my spiritual guides are directing me to (come out of my mostly retirement.)

Back in the "olden days" 1970s and up to the '90s - most people weren't as accepting or open about psychic stuff, holistic things and organic food benefits. And many certainly didn't talk about it as part of their own experiences without being chastised or worse.

Since my 1970 NDE experience I've been personally and professionally engaged in psychic phenomena, ESP occurrences, paranormal and parapsychology experiences as well as metaphysical and spiritual studies.

The rewards through sharing my abilities have been deeply fulfilling. Some are meeting all kinds of people from all over the by color, race, professions, spiritual and religious beliefs or none and sexual preference, each seeking to know themselves and opportunities more so. 

I've worked with law enforcement on murder and missing person cases, and invited to present on myriad platforms: radio, television, special groups, book events, and since the early 1980's teach the tarot, ESP development and other metaphysical and parapsychology subjects.

THE RAT IS HERE

Hey you dirty rat or is that,

How well will you fare in 2020 according to you Chinese Astrology  sign? Hopefully not the last influenza.  

This weekend, the Year of the Rat begins on January 25, which is the Lunar New Year, aka Chinese New Year. Little ratty is a symbol of fertility and abundance. 

People born in 2020 (previous yrs. 1984, 1996, 2008) are believed to be intelligent, creative, and resourceful, and have the ability to form strong social bonds. Squeak, squeak.

2020, Year of the Metal Rat. Look up your year Chinese astrology for a more personal prediction. 

Mine is a Metal Tiger (my birth year is metal) with a Metal Rat. All in all looks ok. 

2020 Tiger. Purrrr. Quite a good fortune: opportunities in career - for me Semi-retired but doing more lecturing and planning a class in Be a Medium,. Connect and communicate with spirit and ghosts.  

Predicts there's no need to worry about too much. Yeah, right living in the USA with the idiot in charge. 

NO big problem in health - YAY! But, the prediction warns, don’t take part in dangerous activities, - OK, more couch time.

Don’t play by the wate - there goes my water aerobic class and maybe beach time, two favorites of mine.

 Don’t quarrel with others. What ya mean by that? Hubby will be happy with that warning. All in all my romance looks decent - maybe we'll celebrate our anniversary inland away from the water.

Control the temper (daily goal) as much as possible. Don’t argue with others, and listen to advices carefully. Oh boy, more challenges. I'm a tiger, we don't necessarily listen to orders too well.

 Don’t be impulsive in investments. None that's not a problem. Socttish nature, deep pockets, short arm syndrome. LOL.

2029 Poll Reveals 45 percent of Americans expressed a belief in ghosts. Many believe that ghosts and spirits can come back to haunt certain places on Earth. About four in 10 (43%) US adults say they think ghosts can come back and haunt people or places. Women (51%) are more likely than men (35%) to hold this belief. 

More than one-third of Americans (36%) say that they have personally felt the presence of a spirit or ghost. Once again, women (41%) are more likely than men (31%) to say that this has happened to them. Just over one in ten (13%) Americans say that they have communicated directly with a ghost or spirit of someone who has died. 

It's not surprising that readers of my book, "How to Talk With Spirits" Seances, Mediums, Ghost Hunts" write to me about their own encounters and most have said the book gave them comfort and confirmation they're not crazy.

In a few days of announcing it, the event is more than 1/2 filled.  It is a great interstate's to many, as I've learned over the years.

HARVEST MOON FRIDAY 13 SKYCLAD

FRIDAY THE 13TH HARVEST MOON

MAGIC - RECONNECTING - PURPOSE

October 1307 on Friday the French King Philip IV ordered Grand Master Jacque de Molay and many other French Templars to be arrested, charging them with financial corruption, fraud and secrecy, and idolatry. They were tortured and later burned at the stake. I believe it's easy to say  it was the great wealth of the Templars that led to their deaths. 

Who has betrayed you? In what way have you suffered consequences from being unfairly judged? Today, stand up for your self, whether that be out loud or by  pulling away from those who injured you emotionally, psychically  and/or mentally. Free yourself from their betrayal by no longer speaking their name(s). In fact, write their name(s) and if you have a photograph, place both name and photo in a fire safe container, burn them, erase them from your life - or if you are still in that relationship write the deed of betrayal and burn that to free yourself from that time so it hold no more power over you. So Mote it Be. 

Find a quiet or joyful place or person or animal to hang out with to return to your true self.

Luck: I've always said I'm a lucky person. Make this 13th Friday a lucky day for yourself. Luck is about timing, knowledge, belief in your dream or goal and bravery to act. Carry a Lucky Charm - that something you think or believe gives you a bit of luck. 

The Harvest Moon: Before electricty and in some countries, still, the time comes to harvest crops before the cold and long dark nights set in. The bright light from the moon gave the farmers that chance to be out later to gather their crops.

RESEARCH FOR FACTS of PARANORMAL INVESTIGATIONS

When I'm part of a paranormal investigation I always asked not to be given any history or if any past investigations findings.

I leave the research to the producer and her team.

In my book, How to Talk With Sprits: Seances, Mediums, Ghost Hunts, I encourage readers to keep a healthy skepticism with an open mind and research for facts.

Research of the past isn't easy. It takes hours of looking for records and those weren't kept as they are today - computerized.

But the producer of the Haunted Bay Paranormal Investigations methodically gets as many facts as she can though visiting the main library (yes, going through written, documented records in books and old newspaper stories) and also the internet.

In one of my latest investigations I got the confirmation right there from the owner of the site. Unfortunately, this part was cut from the video: In one room I connected with a spirit named Barbara and when I asked the owner he said Wow! That was a woman who believed what we were doing here (the space where a business is conducted.) She left us money to continue when we were low on funds.

It's good to get confirmation. If you're going to visit a medium or are part of a seance, make sure when you ask about a spirit that you have your facts in order.

DYING TO SHARE NDE: NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE

How'd you feel being rejected at the Pearly Gates 

and sent back to life on Earth?

When I had my near death experience (NDE) people just didn't talk about such "stranger than life" things.

I was in a series auto accident and died in the ambulance. I didn't talk about it for many years.

How can you tell people you went to heaven?

Although, there's a lot of stories about near death experiences NDE it's much more acceptable with more scientific studies and interest from those who have had such experiences and those interested in hearing about them.

What prompted me to write about NDE today was for two reasons: 1) I came across a story about a woman's story of dying, seeing the "other side" and returning. 

2) recently I've been asked to share my story for a group,  IANDS, which studies and sponsors on talks.

What would I share that would be of interest? I've thought about that. When interviewed to be a possible speaker I was asked if I saw a light at the end of a tunnel. No. But, I did enter into a field of brilliant white light surrounding dead relatives. Only, I didn't get to stay.

Boo hoo. But I did come back with a mission from this incredibly beautiful and peaceful, which I describe it in my book,
"How to Talk With Spirits: Mediums, Seances, Ghost Hunts."

After being waved away from the gates (really a fence) I awoke in the hospital and had a long road to physically and emotionally recover. I tucked my heavenly visit to the back of my mind. In a short time strange things began to happen in my life. Like knowing personal information about people I never met or in any way knew about.

Who am I now?


Still, with this new found interest it took more years to realize why I was sent back -what's my mission.

Mission purpose #1: Do some good for others. This led me to a career I'd never even thought of. Happily, I've been told numerous times I've completed that mission of assisting others to live in the light of themselves.

WALKS-IN; NDE RADIO INTERVIEW 5/11/19

In the early 1980s someone asked if I was a "walk-in"

What I learned was that some people who have had a near death experience (NDE), like I had have came back to life differently than before the occurrence.

'Tis the greening time of the year. Renew, new, growth, coming into the sunlight 

once again after the long winter time. 

March is an excellent time to cast a money spell. 

With nature's green pastures and fields, trees new leave all around

- nature renewals; growth  - green. 

Your money tree is ready for the plucking. 

Are you ready to receive?

A money spell is much more than just the paper bill.

 It is about prosperity - 

abundance of all kinds. 

Before you do any spell - THINK. 

Take time to answer these questions. Perhaps journal about them.

What old messages about money can be keeping you from having more? 

Free yourself to receive.

What do you need the money for?How will your life be different? 

 How will you benefit?  Will you share your abundance? 

How will others benefit from your abundance? 

Money is an extension of your hopes, dreams, and emotional needs and fears. 

What are your messages? I.E.  I just never seem to have enough one might think. 

Or, enjoying what you have?

How much do you need? Be realistic. Make a list of what you need money for. 

Come up with a reasonable amount. Not "just enough" but a bit more just in case.

Think about prosperity. Is it to prosper in money, love, health, profession and/or magical 

spiritual life? 

What does it mean to you?  

How will your life be different?

Can you see yourself when your wish comes true?

Prepare to receive by being clear, realistic, and knowing what you are willing to do to 

manifestation your goal. Don't just sit back after the spell and wait, and wait. 

Take action to clear your path, forward your money goal. Is other habits you need to clean up? 

Is there mental messages contradicting your wish? 

Be mindful of your thoughts, speech and actions to support your goal - this is a necessity. 

Doing this will help to bring success to your spell. 

March Madness Money Spell by Me

Set you magic space. Place a white cloth on your altar with a white candle for                                                  

purity of mind and intention); a green candle next to the white one. 

You can use 4 different colored candles in each corner: Earth's 4 directions and elements:                                          air, fire, water, earth. 

Write 3x the amount of money you are ready to manifest on the white candle and 3x your                                        name on the green candle(s). 

Incense. Sage is always good for cleansing space, rose is enticing, orange blossom creates a sweetness. 

A living plant with budding flowers or red and white or pink roses. 

If you can, add a 4 leaf clover or use an image of one, the Irish Shamrock would be good.

Place your riches on the altar; your favorite piece of jewelry, something gold.

Good Luck!

If you want, create a power bundle with a green cloth place a piece of gold jewelry or a magical object inside, wrap and tie it with gold sparkling ribbon. Add gold dust - glitter if you wish; place it on your altar. You can also carry this with you to raise your consciousness as you create and manifest.

When: when the sun has set during a waxing moon (growing - moving toward a full moon) or a new moon (after the moon has gone through all the cycles and wanes into darkness; new adventures).

Light your candles and incense. Sit quietly for a moment, envision your money goal as clearly as you can.

Say Aloud:

Green, green all around

abundance abound.

Green grass glistens

Universe listens

Money tree sprouts

There are no doubts

Money that is mine

Manifest at this time

Bless me with wealth

and good health

Willingly share with others

For the greater good of all.

So Mote it Be.

Snuff - don't blow - out your candle. Leave your altar in the full glory for at least a week. 

If need be, after a couple of weeks, do again. Remember, when doing spells that which stands in your way for success raises its head. Take up the challenge to remove it.

I suggest also doing a 21 day affirmation - don't miss a day. Write daily as least 3x and say aloud 3x. 

"I am open to all forms of prosperity to come to me easily" or  

"Prosperity of every kind is drawn to me" (Louise Hay affirmations)

PREPARATION FOR SPIRIT TALK MAKES A DIFFERENCE

Preparation for spirit communication truly makes a difference

#1. Before you begin to communicate with the spirit of a dead person be honest with knowing you are really ready. Answer: Are you truly prepared emotionally to connect with a dead love one? If you grieving heavily  - crying a lot - you most likely will not find the comfort you seek or even the message clearly.  Have you tried comforting someone who is crying constantly, sobbing? The person doesn't hear words and would do best to be comforted with a hug. Spirit messages are in words so do you think you're ready to listen?

Besides emotionally prepared are you mentally open, willing to experience whatever happens and is said by whichever spirit? Are you physically able to sit comfortably for a least an hour? Yes, it takes patience to await spirit connection. If spirit communication is made in a seance you will be sitting, maybe holding hands for at least an hour.

#2. Before the session prepare through a time to meditate or at least have a  quiet time. Open your mind to the spirit you'd like to communicate with. Mentally see recall - look at their face in your mind's eye the person. Say her or his name. You might want to say the name aloud.  Truth be told whatever spirit really wants to contact you will come through no matter how much you want another. I suggest you write the person's name on a piece of paper and take it with you to the session. You can also take a photograph even if the medium doesn't ask for one you have your loved one in hand (or pocket).

#3. Attitude makes a difference. Keep an open mind. Make it a time of wonderment - I wonder if a spirit will come through. When a person doesn't believe - is negative or disdain about the whole phenom of spirit communicaiton that kind of attitude effects the success of the seance. More in my book about how to sit.

I've witnessed and I'm communicating with spirit and feel that blocked energy have asked the guests "Who is it that really doesn't want to be here?" Often someone talks another (like a partner) into coming along.  When a person admits I ask the person to leave the room.

Be part of the group wholly.

#4. Some people are afraid of "ghosts" -"vampire entities" "evil spirits" will show. Well, a rarity those kind come through, but one never knows. A seasoned and educated medium knows how to prepare and keep out those kinds of spirits. 

If it happens it can be frightening but again, it's a rarity, so trust and relax. 

If you hold fear say a prayer, carry a good luck charm or religious icon. Spirit communication can be very emotional but shouldn't be fearful at all. 

#5. The big hope is you get a message, one you find comforting. Hopefully each guests gets a message but not always. Think of that before you go to the session. How will you feel if you don't get a message? Does it mean your dead loved ones have nothing to say to you? Probably not. They might want to contact you in private. Or, the timing is not right to communicate. Don't despair for a message can come later and perhaps from another source.

#5. Just listen to the message. Don't get into, well, he wasn't like that, she never would...you came, you want a connection. Later you can decide if the message given has meaning to you.  I can't count the many people who have later said, "Oh, I found out you were right" or "now that makes sense to me." Overly questioning can impeded the message.

#6. Thank whomever gave you the message for I'm sure more are to come.

Recently, I sat at a séance as the medium. Eager to receive messages from departed loved ones guests' eyes trained on me and I felt the tingle of energy - not only from guests but as the spirits came into the space.

Then the mood changed when I made an announcement surprising guests. "Let's all be open to receiving messages from spirit not only through me, but from each of you."

 I explained that spirits communicate with whom they want to and not just one person like me, the medium. This I've learned over the many years I've been involved with spirit communication. 

Guests had that HUH? look. 

Are you a portal for psychic messages? 

This is how it could happen: a physical sense (i.e. hair on your neck might rise up) of an unseen something or someone in the room; a mental message like an image of someone's face, someone you don't know. It could be a voice different than your own. A name, a short message (most spirits don't overly talk.) 

I asked guests if they had this kind of experience to share. Maybe they would feel it was directed to one person in the circle.

I saw the hesitation and knew from previous séance the worries; "I'm not a medium. Not psychic. What if I'm wrong?" 

The biggest fear people have about sharing their psychic impressions is, "What if I'm wrong? What if the person doesn't relate?" "Will I appear foolish?" 

Chances are you're not mistaken. Each of us has a psyche. We do pick up unseen energy all the time. And, what if you are wrong? What if I, the medium, is wrong? Way off base? It can happen although for me, a rarity. You offered what you thought or felt was from spirit. Leave it at that.

So, I let them off the hook and added, "If you'd rather wait until after we're done, please go to the person you think the message is for to share what you picked up."

There's been more than plenty of times I relate a message with a life experience only to have the living say, can't remember, it never happened, she or he wasn't like that and later hear back from the denying one - OH!!! I get it. Now what was that message? 

It's gone. Yes, I can't keep all those messages from spirits in my memory bank. Can you image what that would do to my brain?

So yes, a shared spirit communication time is open for all to use their psyche and connect with the physically unseen for a period of time. This means a medium, a psychic, and you who possess the ability to receive messages.

Therefore, a seance - a spirit communication where two or more meet for the purpose of receiving messages from the dead BELONGS TO ALL INVOLVED.

As I say in my book, "How to Talk With Spirits" it's not the spirits that are difficult to understand, it's the living. Yes, we living have limited and linear ways of looking at our lives, at our relationships.

It doesn't always end up being who you thought like in my latest session where two teaches of one guests came to her, which ended up confirming and supporting her recent professional choice.
