FREE EBOOK TO 7/27/24 GET A SUCCESSFUL PSYCHIC READING

 Going for a psychic reading?
Let me tell you how to get the most valuable,
insightful information from the reader.

The link to this free offer is below and good until 7/27/24.

Choose a reader best suited for your needs. Yes, there's a difference. For example, not all readers are mediums, so don't ask for a message from the dead if that's your interest. Not all readers predict the future. Some are focused on healing your past or looking at your karma only.

I'm offering potential clients, and those who give readings to help their clients, my book. With my over fifty years successful career as a psychic reader, medium, author and teacher I give insights about readers and readings.

My near-death experience in the 1970s shaped my keen psychic and paranormal abilities. This transformative event was a catalyst for my professional path for establishing me as a prominent figure in these fields leading to such experiences as working with law enforcement to help solve missing persons and murder cases. and the well-received favorable fiction and nonfiction books which led to a screenplay currently in movie development.

My first book "The Timeless Counselor: The Best Guide to a Successful Psychic Reading" was the number one best seller of an unknown author at New York’s Whole Life Expo.

My first novel, "The Skye in June" has been translated to Japanese.

Additionally, my involvement as a featured medium on the series "The Haunted Bay" across various popular platforms has further solidified my position as a recognized and respected individual in the paranormal community. Presently, I continues with public speaking and teaching.

TIMELESS COUNSELOR: ARTWORK?

Your thoughts, please. Do you enjoy artwork in books?

This is about my first book published in 1989. I wrote the book based on the numerous questions asked me by people interested in how readers work and what to expect from a reading.

My career as a psychic reader and medium who never advertised (word of mouth) kept me busy for over 45 years. and I can say, this book truly is a complete consumer's guide to all aspects of a psychic reading.

I'm debating if I should and/or can put the original artwork in my new titled The Timeless Counselor: The Best Guide to a Psychic Reading, which is a complete consumer's guide to getting the most benefits from a psychic reading and much more (i.e. ESP Quiz).

The book leads a person through the process of how to find a reader best suited for them, how to prepare and ask questions to get the most, what to do with the information after and so much more - i.e. avoid scammers posing as readers; how to recognize them; 800 call-in readings, how to know which is real, so much!

Published in 1989 as A Professional Psychic Reading as Alternative Counseling it contained the artwork at the end of some chapters.

The original books are no longer available (all sold out years ago).

Right now the book is ebook only but in the process of becoming a paperback and audio book in 2021.

What do you think? Artwork? Paperback? Audio?

Some artwork included in first edition:

PRIME TIME FOR THE HAUNTED BAY

The Haunted Bay can now we seen on

Amazon Prime Time

with new historical facts added to support my ghost investigations

My role as a medium with The Haunted Bay Paranormal Investigations began as a favor and also a bit of curiosity.

In 2014 I retired from private practice after over forty years as a psychic reading and medium when I got a call from Ying Liu, a young woman I had read for a few years previous.

Ying asked if I'd visit the infamous unsolved Zodiac murder sites to "feel" if the victims' spirits lingered. I said no, not wanting to be a part of that tragedy.

Murder had already been part of my psychic experiences having worked with law enforcement on a few murder cases. To those curious let me tell you it's no fun. It's a sad ugly to be part of the terror and pain of another being murdered.

A few weeks later Ying contacted me with another ghost hunt in the infamous Condor Club on Broadway, San Francisco.

Now that sounded an interestingly fun time.

I grew up in San Francisco but never went into the Condor. Nice girls just didn't go into a strip joint, no what I mean? Here was my chance!

That investigation - a lot of ghost activity is there -  was the beginning of ghost hunting with Ying.

It's been quite a trip and at times frightening. Even for me a seasoned medium.

Before the investigation I ask not to be told where we're going. I always get information on the site before we arrive. Also, I don't want any information about the place. It's kind a game with myself.
Let's see what I pick up.

Let me move through the ghostly fog and slide into other dimensions. Let me tell the history. The happenings. The spirits in the space.

After the investigation Ying and at times, I research - how correct were my findings?

Getting historical data to back up every once living person and events is not easy. But, amazingly much of what I did encounter and pick up has been very accurate.

Check out our investigations on Prime Time - The Haunted Bay. Also, seen on YouTube.

GOING THROUGH HELL....FEAR & ANXIETY KEEP YOUR HEAD ON

If you're going through hell - keep going.

- Winston Churchill -

Many worldwide are going through hell with this epidemic disease.

We all know of some (and maybe it's yourself) where fear and anxiety has taken over logic and reason - planning and caring.  Fear this worldwide illness will kill ourselves and/ our loved ones.

Fear gripes and overwhelms us. We become chained to panic believing its power is greater than our own, like the people in the Tarot's Devil Card. The Devil got me by the toe.

I think in part that's reasonable to fearfully worry about our vulnerability as humans, don't you?

But, does it help? The answer is , no.

Carry on.

How to turn that to a more reasonable way of dealing with the very stressful situation?

The sixth Tarot card The Lovers card is the mirror opposite of the 15th card The Devil (reduce 15 = 6)

In the Lovers card the man looks at the woman, she at the angel.

What does this mean? It's has a few meanings but it truly is about Communication.

The  balance between the man (yang) the physical world's knowledge, education, worldly experiences and the woman's (yin) inner world of wisdom, feelings and intuition. She looks to the angel, Rafael. Angel of healing.

Evolve spiritually through intelligence, reason and intuitive wisdom

This YouTube video on handling fear and anxiety can be instrumental in creating spiritual evolution and understanding to balance to your soul and intelligence.

Please let me know what you gained or didn't from the video. Blessed be.

GHOST VOICES; FACTS CONFIRMED; PARANORMAL ACTIVITY

A good paranormal investigation

with confirmed facts and voices

supports, life exists after the physical body

It's not easy to confirm the information given my non-living beings because records weren't always kept or just are difficult to find.

But the producer of THE HAUNTED BAY PARANORMAL INVESTIGATION, Ying Liu, was able to find some records about the ghosts in the Eagle Building in Alameda, California.

Supporting to this investigation was done by separate the Alameda Paranormal Investigators who brought their electronic equipment and for one of their first times caught clear as a bell voices of the dead.

Listen and let me know what do you think?

Remember, I've told you and have written in both my non-fiction parapsychology books, I'm a healthy skeptic about all of this. So, when I heard the voices I asked Ying, "Really? Were you there?"

Yes, it is true she told me.

PSYCHIC READING - ENOUGH ALREADY!

I DON'T MAKE A MOVE WITHOUT CONSULTING MY PSYCHIC.

MY PSYCHIC READING SAID I SHOULD...

WHAT DO YOU (READER) SEE I SHOULD DO?

I NEED YOU TO LOOK AT THE CARDS!

I NEED A READYING RIGHT NOW!

Heard them all.

This is why my first book, "The Timeless Counselor, The Best Guide to a Successful Psychic Reading" was created: addresses the many, many questions asked of me over forty plus years as a reader about how psychics work, why people get readings, and how what questions are best to ask.

My book is a complete consumer's guide for you to get the most from a psychic reading, pick the right reader and avoid scams plus much more.

A psychic reading should be helpful, practical and guide you to living your uniqueness.

Here's my thoughts on how often should you have a psychic reading?

I say once a year would be sufficient, if not longer.

I do not encourage clients to become dependent upon me or a psychic reading to make decisions and life choices, rather as a psychic guide my goal is to present opportunities and insights to advance one's life in a fulfilling way. The bottom line is YOU decide, not the reader. After all a reader is just that, reading your deep subconscious mind.

What if the reader is wrong?

Don't like what you hear? Check within. Take time to review what the reader says. Is she or he way off base or is there some truth to it. At the moment of the reading it's not easy to tap into your inner knowing, that's why I always record readings for clients.

The information received during a reading should be sufficient for clients to review what the reading revealed and to take time to think about what was said before deciding what is right for themselves, what doesn't fit their own understanding, and whether they should act upon the reader's insights or not.

How far can a reader see into the future?

The information can span up to a year and often further out. This is why I tell clients there need not be a return visit for at least one year if not longer.

I've been conducting readings and spirit communication professionally since 1975 and since 1970 studying the tarot cards and psychic development while practicing my craft.

One aspect that came to me early on in my work is how clients hang on my words as though I'm the god (or goddess) of their lives - NO! A reader is to give insights not decide how you live your life, what decisions you make and what goals are best for you. y

Should I wait to see if the reader was any good?

Another thing clients do is wait for the "outcome" rather than take the steps. Why? There was a time a client judged whether I was "right" or "wrong" by waiting - what a waste of time. I told clients to stop! They should know better if I can be trusted as a reader or not by the first insight I give.

You picked the reader - hopefully you did you homework before the appointment.  After the reading take time to reflect upon the information. Judging right or wrong at the reading can hinder it by stopping important psychic information from coming forth. I've had (very few) clients who want to talk about if the information is right or wrong, or they already know all the answers. Why come to a reading then? My book helps you find the right reader for your needs.

So many people have returned over the years to let me know how my information was helpful later than at the time of the session.

Clients asking the same question many times over and in different wording: What my readings give is insights how to best reach a goal or avoid an outcome.

Do most listen? No.

Rather, clients return with the same darn questions and when I ask, did you (whatever was suggested) - "No, I waited and it didn't happen or "...didn't occur at the time we or she/he thought it should." Oi. that one gets me. Want it now, want it easy, want it though the reader advices not to. Why go for a reading then?

Just don't sit around and wait to see if the reader was right or wrong or hurry back for a reading for "more" alternatives.

I suggest you don't go back for another reading before a year between and you have followed the advice, and/or investigated alternatives. That is UNLESS something entirely different comes up and you wish for some insights outside your own intuition and intelligence.

If a reader suggests you return soon after the reading think twice if it's for your benefit or the reader's.

Sometimes clients return after a few years or several ones. I say, "perfect timing!" because that gave them plenty of time to use the information from the reading.

Again, don't become dependent upon a reader or anyone to decide what is best for you. Look for another who'll give insights, sage advice or recommend a reasonable source. From a reader, take their insights and advice and see how it can and if it pertains to your situation.

Readings are NOT therapy, although they can be a great source to helping you heal through going to the time and situation that impacted your life, thinking and reactions.

In my book I devote a whole chapter on how psychic readings and parapsychology can work effectively to bring around a healing and advance your life positively. I will at times recommend therapy to some clients.

WHAT WOULD YOU ASK A PSYCHIC READER?- FREE EBOOK

PRO OR CON

JUST ABOUT EVERYONE HAS AN OPINION
ABOUT PSYCHIC READERS

What are yours?

I'm offering free for the month of July my ebook,  The Timeless Counselor: The Best Guide to a Successful Psychic Reading with 46 - 5 star reviews at Smashwords.com (see link below); more at Amazon (US & UK) & Goodreads.com

Timeless was the #1 Best Selling Book from an unknown author at the Whole Life Expo 1992 NYC. It's the best consumer's guide to a psychic reading available on the market, covering everything you would want to know about psychic readings and psychic abilities. Take the ESP test at the end.

It is my first of four books and I wrote it because people were constantly asking what a psychic reading entails, what can psychics tell you, how do you know if the person is really a psychic and not a phony and how does one find a good trustworthy psychic?

What can you ask a psychic? I suggest you make a list of questions, areas of your life you'd like insight on. For instance do you want to change jobs? Secure a job? Rather than ask will I get a job, ask what do you see around work for me? That leads to a greater perspective than, yes you'll get a job, no you won't. Framing your questions to get the most is important for the reader's visions to expand. Will I get married? I always say, if you want. But to say, in the area of love and sharing my love with a life partner what do you see? Also, time, when? Ask, about what time frame?

These are but a few of the questions I address. I also tell you what information a reading can reveal,  how to find an ethical reader, avoid a scam, how to ask questions to get the most from a reading, and what to do with the information after the session is over.  also make recommendations of other books.

FREE EBOOK to 7/31. 46 overwhelming positive reviews. Go to Smashwords.com - join for free. All kinds of ebook devices, PDF - check it out. Click this link: https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/36292?ref=JuneA

Please leave your comment', even one line, and/or a review at Smashwords and your favorite book sellingsite. Help me spread the word about the benefits of a psychic reading. Thanks!

PSYCHIC READERS' METHODS & TOOLS

  Excerpt from

"The Timeless Counselor:

The Best Guide to a Successful Psychic Reading"

by

June Ahern

Everyone is concerned with the validity and accuracy of a reading with regards to making good decisions, setting or fulfilling goals and/or seeking spiritual enlightenment, but for many people there is also a great interest in the method and tools readers use.

Readers choose a method and tool in conjunction with her personal interests. The tool merely assists and centers the reader. A successful reading is based on the reader’s psychic ability and the willingness and participation of the querent, not necessarily the specific method or tool. It is superstitious to believe psychic tools hold the psychic power.

A client changed her beliefs after she received a reading from me. When I spoke of impressions and outcomes of her situation while not using my tarot cards (one of my tools), she said, “Ask the cards.” She was under the impression that my cards held the answer.

Your choice of method or tool reveals something about yourself. Would you enjoy a personal interaction with a reader? Palmistry and tarot cards are two examples of “hands on” type of reading. Astrology and numerology are examples where personal interaction to receive psychic information is not essential.  As I am receiving impressions and information, I sometimes use all of my tools or focus on one alone, even one card or a Rune stone (more on Rune stones below). On the other hand, there have been occasions when I do not use any physical tools and still deliver an accurate reading.

A tool often helps a reader to separate the many psychic impressions being received and to concentrate on one issue at a time. Enjoy learning about the psychic methods and tools available, and then choose what suits you.

ASTROLOGY: Does the full moon have an effect on you? Or does the Sun at its fullest draw you out into it? People involved with astrology believe that the forces of the planets and stars and the energy of the universe have a strong effect on all living things. PSYCHIC READERS DIDN'T FALL FROM SAME PLANET

IMPORTANT.

Know what you're getting into when

seeking advice from a psychic reader.

In my book, The Timeless Counselor: The Best Guide to a Psychic Reading learn to chose a psychic reader to match your interests and your satisfaction to the outcome of the session.

Excerpt from "Timeless":
The very best way to find an ethical and competent professional reader is through a recommendation from someone you know who has had a good experience with one. That way you have information beforehand about the reader, method, cost, etc.

Many people have had readings and perhaps you know someone who has, but if not, approach the subject with someone you know is opened-minded.  Once the topic is out in the open, you may be surprised to learn how many people have some knowledge of metaphysics and have received a reading at some time in their lives.  If that is not successful, or you feel a reading is a private matter and would rather do your own search, metaphysical bookstores can be a good place to inquire about local readers. The store clerk might recommend one, or a reader might be on the premises. If a reader is available, meet before the reading to see if you feel comfortable with her, or if this is not possible, ask for information about her before deciding to have a session. If there is no reader in the store, inquire about a local metaphysical educational center where readings are conducted. Some centers have psychic fairs.
Psychic fairs can give you the opportunity to view readers at work. The fairs are usually held in a large hall or room with readers placed individually at their own tables. A name card and price list is on the table. Walk around and after examination of everything you see, go to the reader to whom you are most drawn (TO BE CONT'D in book)

A PSYCHIC READING AND RELIGION

RELIGION AND PSYCHIC READINGS

THE FOLLOWING VIEWPOINTS are based upon my personal experiences as a former Catholic and later, after years of studying theology, religion, cultures, and as a Rosicrucian and neo-paganism.
In this chapter I will discuss how many Christian as well as some other religions over all, do not view readers or readings in a positive light, useful or helpful. Although in Judaism there is a respect for the mystic, most Western Christian faiths are not in favor of psychic or healers (outside their own religious healers). It is not my purpose or intention to condemn religions or sway anyone’s opinion or change religious beliefs.
In the early 1980’s I was introduced to witchcraft and the Goddess spiritual path. I found a natural interest and satisfaction for it. At that time I was also still a practicing Catholic. In the mid-1990’s, after years of interest in the Rosicrucian studies,  I joined that study. Rosicrucian is not a religion but rather a scientific and metaphysical study. With the combination of both Rosicrucian studies, witchcraft and following the nature based Goddess path, I felt a spiritual completion of my spirit that I never experienced before.
Many times I have often encountered controversy regarding my psychic philosophy and work. Readings need not be in opposition or competition with any religious philosophy. A spiritual and ethical reader presents information that might indeed enhance one’s spiritual life or renew one’s faith. In the past, the Catholic Church (not the later Christian faiths) was much more understanding and lenient with the old religious practices and psychic consultants for a period of time. Up until and around the twelve century royalty sought the advice of astrologers and seers without the interference of the Catholic clergy.
Again, my purpose with this chapter is not to debate or discuss historical facts about particular religions, but rather to address and hopefully dispel the misconceptions and superstitions that too many religions have about readers and readings. I will also share experiences of some clients who have consulted with me regarding their spirituality and how their religion weaved into the reading.
For the most part, readers have been grouped together as false prophets, or sometimes as evildoers, and/or Satan worshippers. People have been warned against consulting them with the belief a dependency will occur and/or that they control lives through magic (spells) or mind control. This could be true in some rare occurrence, but is definitely not true of the majority of readers.
It has been said that psychic tools are the works of the Devil and this too is another misunderstanding. It has been thought by some religious leaders people will rely too much on the psychic tools and as I have said in previous chapters, there are querents who do not understand how the tools (see chapter on Tools) are instruments to help readers perform their job. Some religions fear that readers claim to have all the answers or will sway people to a different religion or belief – usually to the dark side.
Some religions foster a dependency of their congregates by encouraging them to find all their answers within only their religion. And depending upon the dogmas and teachings of religions and more often than not, the congregation is taught that it is the cleric who is the “go-between” to God. One could say, it’s for the better of the follower and I say, is it truly teaching a person to grow spiritually or taking a role as a “father” and not allowing for a person to rely upon reason and their own conscious?
I wonder if religious leaders fear a reader will teach a person to stretch beyond dependency of another human being to connect to God, Allah, Goddess, or Buddha (naming a few deities) and know for her or his self spiritual truths. I truly do not know. What I do know is that when any person becomes overly dependent on another for all answers to life and including emotional and spiritual growth, rather than making a personal connection to her or his Divine Being, the person’s intellectual and spiritual advancement is thwarted. It has been my experience, and I have much experiences over my forty years having read for thousands, that people are confused or not comfortable realizing they, through their connected to God or a Divine Being, create their own life experiences and spiritual advancement without the necessity of a go-between. My solution is education. Therefore, spiritual leaders are truly teachers. People need to be encouraged and taught to follow their inner wisdom rather than to overly depend upon another to tell her or him if he or she is doing good or bad. Let’s face it, when we’re not being charitable, compassionate or helpful, we know it at some level. This is not God-like, is it? People should be held responsible for what they bring or create into their lives within reason. By that I mean, a destructive force, like a hurricane brings an end of life. That is a force outside greater than human understanding of why it happened to a person. Is it God’s will or karma or is it, what it is and now what? It is my belief and experience that an ethical and educated reader can be one of the sources to educate and guide a person to a better life as a cleric can.
In my Catholic training we were taught to pray daily and connect with God, but to know that God wasn’t always available for our problem or needs so we were taught to go through another such as Mary, God’s mother, Jesus or the saints. I have no qualms about that, but I wasn’t taught meditation. Prayers are talking and meditation is listening. Meditation takes one quickly and beautifully right to the Light of God. As I’ve said before, the majority of readers spend time in meditation and certainly before giving a reading.
Jesus Christ, Himself, speaks to us of using the power within. He, Himself, possessed super normal powers. He healed, prophesied, appeared after death and was considered a God although He was a human, albeit a great one like Buddha and Mohammad. Similar to these great spiritual beings there could be other humans who possess gifts and abilities and are divinely inspired by a Higher Power. This is not to say that I am comparing readers to Jesus Christ nor the other great spiritual teachers. What I am saying is, readers who posses a very special gift of seeing and knowing the spirit of another (like an advanced psychic or a mystic) can be a wonderful source to inspire people to live more spiritual lives just as do religious leaders.
We readers have our own individual spiritual philosophies and practices. We are in majority, not Satanist or Rasputins. We are spiritual students, if not religious people. I have met Catholic and Protestants readers, readers who practice Buddhism, Wicca, paganism and those who have no affiliations with a religion but live spiritually each and every day. All that I have encountered believe in a Higher Power (God, Goddess, The White Light, etc.)
I was raised as a Catholic and practiced it up into my early forties until I came to terms with my conscience that Catholicism was not the right spiritual path for me. With my constant study of parapsychology, occultism, Eastern and Western religions and other spiritual philosophies, I came to a spiritual practice that I am at peace with and enjoy thoroughly. In fact, I now have a greater faith in my abilities and life purpose as a reader and teacher. I am sharing any knowledge that can lead another to greater awareness of her or his spirituality.
For some who have had a Christian or another cultural religious upbringing, there is a feeling of spiritual emptiness. They do not feel connected to their God and seek to understand the purpose of life. A client of mine named Joe is a good example of a person who had been very involved with his Christian religion since childhood. He had once entered his Church’s ministry training program, but felt unfulfilled. Although he fervently prayed for answers to family problems, none came and over time, he lost faith.

During our first meeting I saw his “aura” darkened with illness and depression. There were many emotional and mental reasons of his state steaming from his spiritual state. His brother, Harvey who had been an alcoholic for years, continued to live in his parent’s home and when under the influence of alcohol, he was verbally and emotionally abusive to his parents, his sister and to Joe. This is when Joe began to experience a sense of “aloneness” – apart from God. Throughout the years Joe had fallen away from his religion, especially after the death of his mother. He had grown distant from his father and was suffering from an ulcer and a skin disease related to a nervous condition. Joe felt “at the end of his rope.” He had lost all faith in a future. I saw that encouragement would come through a large group of people. I could see that he had a loving relationship with his mother. In a psychic vision I saw her handing him a string of beads, which would lead him back to his religion. I also saw that his renewed faith and participation in his religion would bring him the peace of mind he needed to make good decisions for his future. (CONT'D)

IN THE 1980’S I was aware of an increasing interest in a new way of giving and receiving a reading; the 1-800 psychic hotlines. At first, I hadn’t felt positive about psychic hotlines and when approached in 1977 to participate in one, I declined. I did so because of the controversy within the psychic community and with the public views about this kind of psychic service. I didn’t want to be associated with the lines because they gave that “fortune telling” image. Plus, I was unsure if the readers on the lines had true psychic abilities. After a while, I met some readers who worked on a few lines. They were good psychics, honest and talented hence my opinion slowly began to change.
Since the public is given a one-sided view as the media is always focusing on exposing the abusive side of psychic readings, I decided to survey several psychic hot lines by getting readings.
When I was approached in the early 1990’s to help develop and manage a psychic hot line, I accepted, knowing my ethical approach and keen ear for a true psychic could make the business a success for both querents and readers. The information below will give you the knowledge to decide if an on-line reading is for you.
Some question if a psychic can give an accurate reading by telephone. Absolutely! After all, it’s energy (aura and voice vibration or tone) that is being read as I have said earlier. Many of my clients are increasingly interested in telephoning in or Skyping or Face Time (or whichever app you use) for their readings because they do not want to deal with traffic delays, or because professional demands are squeezing their personal time. Also, I read for people throughout the United States and diverse parts of the world, the majority I’ve never met in person but have read successfully for years. When reading on the telephone, some readers might hone into your information through astrology or numerology (use birth dates) while others, read the tarot cards. Later on in the chapter, I’ll discuss more about recognizing a “real” reader.
Many different kinds of people call psychic hot lines. Some want a quick fix or do not have access to a psychic in their area, while other people seek anonymity. Men call the line often, perhaps for the latter reason and maybe not being seen (physically) they can freely express emotions. Also, those who have regular readers call because it’s only one question and their regular reader is not available. Additionally, there are people who are lonely and frightened and need to hear words of support and encouragement. Of course, there’s always the addictive needy person who has to be told what to do, over and over, and by a variety of people.
There are those who make impulsive calls to 1-800 hotlines for readings when an emergency arises or they feel lonely or depressed. Don’t let impulse drive you to hurriedly pick a line only to discover you were not happy with the experience. Not that you can’t call when an emergency arises, but choose a hotline before a crisis. Then when you do want or need a reading, you’ll be prepared (refer back to the chapters "How to Prepare for Your Reading" and "Questions to Ask".
