Retired from private practice as a psychic reader I'm keep with metaphysical, spiritual coaching, teaching and making my first audio book.

My coaching is to raise client's awareness to understand and how to use their intuitive abilities for making better life decisions and goals according to their life purpose. Rather than life coaching which teaches steps and skills to achieve goals, my coaching begin as with the mind over matter approach.

Having been a professional and personal life coach since 1997 I do continue to use the formula of achieving through particular steps. It works.

I'm in the process of  creating my first book, a non-fiction titled The Timeless Counselor: The Best Guide to a Successful Psychic Reading, into an audio book. 

A lot of work! A 5 1/2 hour audio book when finished is much more than those hours. Days to read, re-read, fix errors, record - darn! re-record. I do have an editor who'll make it sound like it was easy (I hope).

PARANORMAL, TAROT, SPIRIT EXPERIENCES. I NEED ADVICE.

Would you please help me out with this? 

More and more people share personal paranormal experiences with me. They want to understand how, why and what should they do about their  about ghost sightings, spirit visitors and more psychic happenings.

They tell me,  I think I saw a ghost. I think my house is haunted. I felt my (deceased loved one) and can I believe this really happened to me. How do I know it's for real? How do I get rid of annoying ghosts? Can you clear it up for me?

 Some read the tarot cards, have premonitions or just know things about people, places and objects without any prior knowledge. They want to know why and how to further their psychic abilities; i.e. how to read the cards right.

At times, when taking my ESP Quiz and scoring high in the receiver or sender of telepathic messages they really want more education with not necessarily taking classes.

I tell them so much of this in my book,How to Talk With Spirits: Mediums, Seances,Ghost Hunts - and still many continue to contact me with questions.

I can give time and knowledge, but you all know how precious time is and especially since I'm (suppose to be) semi-retired; enjoying grandkids, long walks with my old mare; lunch with lady friends and of course, hanging out with the husband. All this while I'm lecturing, writing my sequel to The Skye in June (my most well read popular book) and teaching.

I'd like to offer a session to answer these questions. Usually, I answer them in a class. I've been back to teaching more and busy with  book party reads as well as OH FUN! special events, my Hallowe'en Gala Affair 2018.

Here's what I'm asking of you:  Can you help me find a title - a name for a new service?

It won't be a psychic reading.

What would I call a service where I, not giving a psychic reading, teach, clarify these experiences and support psychic growth and talents - here's some thoughts: Spiritual Coaching? Metaphysical Coaching?

Any ideas?

A VISION BOARD

 Seeing is believing. According to scientific studies we dream and think in images, pictures (still or moving), colors, symbols and sounds. Then translate them into words to make sense of them and more often than not, share them in hopes others get it.

When coaching clients tell me what they want I ask "How does that look to you?", "How will your life be different once you have attained it?" In other words, can they clearly see themselves living a life they hope for?

I don't want your inspiring dreams to fade away and you lose trust in your unique thoughts so I offer this method for bringing your dreams, wishes and goals to life - a vision board (see how to create one see further below.)

Vision boards are inspiring and gives a physical view of your wishes and dreams. It is a picture of you and the journey to discover more in life. 

Over the years, time has proved how effective my visions boards have been to  successful manifestations of what, at one time,  had only been a hope, a dream. They've helped keep me focused with faith as well as gauge progress.

1998- 1999 - My first in greater detail told of how I wanted my writings to give promise, open new professional doors for me. My first book, a non-fiction started that process of publishing. In '06 my first novel proved to be successfully  received. I also wanted to travel more so and have. Upper right knew it was time to return to Scotland to visit family and did. My latest one '16 is below.

Fun to create: Prepare to give life to your wishes and dreams. Enjoy gathering  some or all of these items: 
• Begin with a blank canvas (poster board or large piece of paper)
• Magazines, photos of yourself and maybe others (you can copy originals)
• Crayons, colored pencils, paints, pen or pencil
• Journal or notebook
• Glue, paste, Scotch tape or a stapler (keep those images on that canvas)
• Scissors
• Stickers and whatever else you want to paste, draw, paint and/or staple onto your vision board.

Once you've gathered the materials begin your journey by writing about your wishes and dreams as clearly and simply (bottom line it!) as you can so you can see in words your intentions. Doing so connects your thoughts to the physical world. Keeping those only in the mind doesn't give them true form.

Now: begin to cut, color, draw and add whatever you gathered to the blank canvas and watch your story unfold. This is your expression, your creation, a living image of you, your plans, your hopes, and goals. 

A Simpler Method: My first vision board was an easy - draw and color a source where you believe your visions are supported from at the top of the paper. Draw different colors, like strings, from the source to what you want to manifest, make sure to write what that is. 
When your vision board is completed (it might takes days or more) place your creation in an area where you can view it often. Meditate upon it - seeing all the images, colors and symbols inspire you to manifest a life you desire.

  In this vision board, '16 I was professionally slowing down. Most of you I've had a very successful career as a psychic medium, but needed some changes.  I was ready for new adventures professionally and personally - more time with my horse, maybe ride again, travel, and discover "firsts". All continues to manifest. 

HOW THE CARDS SPEAK - PART TWO

I was contacted to give an example of how the tarot cards combine with coaching to attain goals, hence part part two of my precious blog.

Major Arcana's 22 cards' images and symbols are studied in depth. Handouts of a short description and an affirmation for each card are provided.

I use the Rider/Waite deck:

0: The Fool starts the journey  (far left): It represents the first breath, prana, spirit awakening to a dream, vision or idea. Creating new karma. All the power that ever was or will be is here now.  Are you foolish to dream you could have that something in your life? Or, as the fools of old by in court, will you amuse the king and queen and be handsomely rewarded for your ingenious, creative acts making  you the winning fool?

Coaching starts with asking:
What do you want differently in your life? What idea or dream do you want to bring into form?

Affirmations support and advance your success.

The Fool: There is nothing to fear. 

Next step #1 The Magician. Short definition: As above so below. As below so above. All magic is in the will to dare. Name your idea:  (I want a new job; I'm ready for a loving relationship. I want to make more money. etc) The tools to build your idea sit before you. Which tool will you choose? (see the table with the sword, cup, pentacle and wand, each has a specific meaning to how we manifest ideas)

Coaching: Will you say yes to manifesting it? What do you need to do that?

Affirmation:  As I say yes to life, life says yes to me.

The High Priestess follows and she is deep in thought of why, how and what is next.

The World is the culmination of the cards' steps.

What do you think that message is? 

Each card truly is a step one takes throughout life when creating and working toward attaining something be that an enfoldment of spiritual awareness, a relationship, job, travel, new home, education etc.

PSYCHIC READINGS/BOOKS/TAROT & SPELL UNIQUE YOU

Most of you who follow me know after forty + years it's rare I give private psychic readings.

Rather, I focused on my paranormal investigations (YouTube The Haunted Bay), writing, and my great love, teaching.

I love the tarot cards as a symbol toward enlightenment and guidance.

It's so much fun to teach ESP development and gratifying to share  the formula of coaching (see sfcoaching page)


BUT and THEN AGAIN! Since I made the Holiday Special Offer (see purchase page) I've been doing email readings and loving it!! My psychic energy continues to vision and once I latch onto that question sent me the visions and messages become stronger and I just have to share.

Although mostly retired it's as an artist, creating is an energy an a vibrational force that has to be acted upon. So glad I decided to do this.

What talent or ability do you posses that no matter what you just have to act upon?

Update - 2018 June Goal: Teaching Class on-line. Due to so many out of my region requests I've
been looking into and getting advice how to do teach on-line. I think Skype might be best for me. My classes can include national and international in my native tongue, English.

I'll start with the tarot as steps to achieve a goal. Been doing it with students since April & August and they are truly moving forward successfully to achieve goals.

Spell to Claim Your Uniqueness:

Do this spell during a waxing moon, which is considered to be when we 'grow things' - getting brighter and closer to the full moon of celebration.

A few things about casting spells; harm to none, don't do spells that harm others, let karma take care of that; don't look back - don't focus on the spell, let things happen; things will come up that can be uncomfortable or even a big bummer that's because in order to fulfill we have to clean away the outworn, outdated, useless acts and thoughts keeping us from getting.
