Naturally, he’ll don his horns and rut through the bushes in search of hidden maidens. But the stag is in for a surprise: for this holiday weekend, even the crones transform into maidens.

And while a 'stag' may take the stage in this celebration, you won't find him in the forest; this is a much more human kind of wild.

Easter is said to have to come to us from the “Norsemen’s Eostur, Eastar, Ostara, and Ostar, and the pagan goddess Eostre, all of which involve the season of the growing sun and new birth.

The German goddess, also known as Ostara or Anglo-Saxon Eástre, brings in the dawn of rebirth, a time to feel the warmth of spring, to awaken to a new time, to feel the joys of the  eternal rebirth of the season and within ourselves. 

Easter and Eostre are not the same celebration. Eostre is a pagan celebration tied to the Spring  Equinox celebrated March 20th or 21st marking the balance between light and dark, the arrival of spring, and the blossoming of nature. As spring brings hope for the renewal of life as seen in the blossoming of nature, it symbolizes the beginning of a new cycles for the world. 

Unlike Ostara, Easter is a Christian holiday. While it shares some of the themes of renewal found  in Ostara, Easter focuses on the spiritual resurrection of Christ rather than the natural cycles of the  Earth. It celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ, symbolizing hope, rebirth, and eternal life.                       

 

The date shifts each year from on the first Sunday after the first full moon following the   Spring Equinox. 

The tradition springtime painted hard-boiled eggs pre-dates Christianity. In many cultures around the world, the egg is a symbol of new life, fertility and rebirth.  

Spring forward!!

Why is the color Indigo assigned to kids being born from 1980 on?

What does the color symbolize?

It's associated with the third eye or middle eye (the psychic center to send and receive visions, impressions and create from). 

The authors of Indigo Children:The New Kids Have Arrived say that kids born from 1980 and after have a greater awareness of psychic energy and their purpose on Earth.  This doesn't mean those born before it do not have that same awareness. It's more mainstream now.

Indigo Kids Have a Strong Psychic Mind.

The child's psychic ability (clairvoyance, empath, telepathy) is finely tuned and gives her/him an advantage in clearly reading people and situations With this clarity Indigos see the world differently. 

As a parent or caregiver, LISTEN and don't dismiss what a child is seeing. Yes, maybe some imagination but often much more - a greater connection to the psychic mind, which I believe diminishes in time through unaware parents and societies.

Guide them rather than control them to think as you or set rules of society. 

Let your kids play with their ideas and listen without judgement. Parents can also be a positive part of their changing world.

The Indigo Kid is a Change Maker

They're so aware of the failings of our society and might be one of the next powerful leaders of humanity's evolution. Coupled with innate-self assurance, they often think their way is right and don't know why others can't see that hence you might have a rather what appears to be, a willful and/or stubborn child. Think of helping to guide your child to a reasonable way to work with rather than isolate or rebel against in a negative way.

They're Very Creative

Musically and artistically gifted, their art, as art is, shows their view and understanding of the world - beyond their experience of it at their age(s). Nurture this ability. School budgets don't include music and art as they once had so take it upon yourself to be involved with your kids education and experience in the art world. Trust me, you, they and many will benefit from this awareness.

The Child might say something like:

 I'm born to be a healer, or help the Earth (many are so connected to the earth/nature). Encourage outdoors adventures. 

I came to Earth to fix it, change it. How you might ask to help your child voice how they "see" their roles. Often these more highly-in-tuned kids will be very strong willed with knowing their Earth mission. are confident and even arrogant at times – and emboldened by something larger than you can name. 

The child just "KNOWS" she or he or as now some now call themselves "they" - why they came this planet to help it be "different" often at a very young age. Listen.

 They often and usually question authority

and are often rebellious and skeptical of those in power questioning political, religion and social systems, which seems out of line and foolish with the present times. They just won't go along with it.  They often become antagonistic to what others(older us) experience as normal. 

Because they are so in-tuned they often feel out of place with others as they recognize they are different than most people and thus become a loner or rebel, unwilling to compromise just to fit in. 

Be a part of the future with your Indigo Kid.

Often having fiery temperaments they can be a real challenging child not willing to be still (sit at a desk too long) or silenced.  Again, without demanding they do it your way and to the best of your ability parents, nurture their individualism while giving them guidelines to unfold their Earth Encourage them to think originally but also to be patience (they don't have much nor often a clear focus). Talk to them about how change occurs over time and how they can be a real help to change for a better future. Go over how - what's the plan for progressive action and  encourage them to think differently for the good of others, humanity, nature, universe. 

Fortunately - They are Passionate and Focused

With their self-confidence in their visions and an inner knowing they are passionate about changing the world for a better life, and caring for the health of earth. mission in a useful way

When taught ESP/Kids Psychic Minds they were much better and joyful to be with than the adults I taught.
