One of my spookiest ghost hunts excerpted from How to Talk With Spirits

It was July in the Caribbean––hotter than you know what! 
When I entered the home, I felt a chill

grow inside of me. Right away, I walked to a closed door and announced, “Here! Here is where they come in!” The husband flung open the door and I entered a hellish experience. The room felt like an ice locker although it was an old enclosed porch. It had been off, what I learned later, the original kitchen, which sat above an underground stream of water, a conduit for energies, good, bad or ugly. An odor like garbage rose from the floor and out of the walls. I couldn’t breathe. My energy faltered. I was dizzy. Slapped, punched, pinched––my body was attacked by unseen entities. I moaned and groaned, fought my ridiculous behavior. After all, I tried to tell myself I’m a practical psychic!  I started to fall. The man grabbed my arm and led me out. Once I was composed, he took me to meet his bedridden wife. As soon as I went into her room, growling came from her bedside. It wasn’t her, but something in the room I couldn’t see. I could see bruises on her face.. Suddenly, I was attacked again. It felt like wet towels stinging my face, my arms, and my body. KARMA TUNING

You can change your karma to fulfill your lessons from another life time. Karma is action and reaction to determine the nature of the person's next existence. As you fulfill your karma you can create new karma to redirect your spiritual awareness and growth. Some think of karma as fate. I do not. Fate decides for you, destiny is place you are going but you can choose how to get to it.

You can journal your thoughts and/or dreams of another time. Once you have expressed your thoughts or jotted down your dreams you can refer to history books to see if what you saw, heard, and thought about matches up during that historical time.

A psychic reader might be able to pick-up your past lives or try karmic astrology. I've never done but sounds interesting. I prefer a person to experience for him or herself a past life through hypnosis. I am a certified hypnotherapist and specifically went to school for the purpose of helping others attain information about past lives.

The belief we lived before isn't a "new age" concept (or interest). It has been around for a long, long time through many cultures, religions and famous people. Poets Walt Whitman, Alfred Tennyson and William Yeats all referred to other lives in their poetry. Inventors Thomas Edison and Henry Ford had several conversations about past lives. Plato and General George Patton believed in reincarnation.  In Mark Twain’s My Platonic Sweetheart he refers to a past life in his reference to a girl he had loved in many different lands at different times. - excerpt from my consumers guide, 'The Timeless Counselor: the Best Guide to a Psychic Reading'.

Who were you in another life time? Why did you come here? 

If you believe you have lived before and reincarnated (come into flesh) why have you done so? What is the purpose? What is it you wish to experience and learn in a new body, new setting, and with new opportunities? How can you be a better person?

The examination of this can give great meaning to your present life. I encourage you to experiment with how to access the information.
