Thanksgiving: Immigrants, The MacDonalds, First Dinner.
Ever since I was a little girl I like to make up stories. Some of my greatest characters are from my novel, "The Skye in June", the Scottish MacDonald family . They emigrate from Glasgow, Scotland to the U.S. of A. Excerpt about when they get a taste of their first Thanksgiving dinner. Thanksgiving is a reminder that life is about caring and sharing, giving love and receiving love. This story is in the process of becoming an audio book. SPELL TIME - THE GLAMOUR OF IT ALL!

When people learn that I'm a witch they ask curiously, and at times humorously, if I cast spells and then always add - bad spells?
Although it's rare I cast a spell anymore, I have created my success from lovely, non-harming spells.
Never a bad spell - although at times I've had to cast a turn around, banishing, or binding spell. Seldom do I do those because I believe they can have a negative backlash. When casting a spell one understands the three-fold law of karma. The 'what goes around, comes around' way of living.
Once in anger, I did invoke a banishing spell against an adversary. Ouch. Backlash. Once burned....I was warned not to do it! All in all, and in time, the spell cooled out and the ending was a good choice for both of us.
A spell is like a recipe - a little of this, a dash of that, a pinch and sprinkle. Most of all a spell is like a chant, affirmation, a prayer of sorts, more than a wish, because you are direct with belief in your ability to create.
One of my all time favorite spell books is 'Simple Spells for Success' by Barrie Dolnick and Zsuzsanna E. Budapes' 'The Grandmother of Time' spells.
I simply love the glamor spell when I'm ready to attract
positive attention to my personal and professional growth. Once you
experiment with it, you don't have to do it much at all. The glow of
your aura energy extends out and attracts the right energy (people,
events, opportunities) to you. It's quite easy. Sit in front of a mirror in a darkened room with a white candle. Close your eyes and go through the many colors of the rainbow and your favorites. Let them swirl around you, select one, see it around and feel it in your body, beautiful, radiant, shinning through, you glow, you shine. Open your eyes, look in the mirror and see the aura of your color all around and within you. Go into your day. Let me know how your day(s) are after the spell.
The success of a spell is only as good as your ability to mental be clear with what you want, how focused you are, and patient too - have a willingness to wait. Sometimes you might do a spell and think it's not working because it doesn't happen right away or the way you wanted it. Not true. Often other experiences must occur in order you move closer to the magic of the spell.
Periodically I do cast spells to advance projects (goals) to grow abundance. For instance with my books, novels, The Skye in June and City of Redemption, non-fictionconsumer's guide The Timeless Counselor: The Best Guide to a Successful Psychic Reading. How to Talk with Spirits: Seances, Mediums, Ghost Hunts paperback Createspace.com and Amazon. eBook Amazon, Barnes&Noble and Smashwords. All books continue to sell nicely.
The magic continues to swirl around them. They sell every month since release.
The Timeless Counselor recently received a new cover, became an ebook and is receiving five star reviews. Wow! 24 years later it still is of interest.
Just before my 1990 release day a tarot reading revealed that The Timeless Counselor would lead to more writing success.
Tonight I will sit at my altar and give my thanks to the Moneta the goddess for my good fortune and cast a spell to continue to attract book lovers to my book. Blessed be.

AURA COLOR ENERGY TELLS A LOT ABOUT YOU!

AURA READING: can be very insightful. The aura is an energy field that surrounds all living organisms. It is seen with the "mind's eye" and not the physical eye. Aura energy is seen in vibrating colors; red, orange, yellow, lighter blue, green, indigo blue and purple with variation mixing and blending, dark and light. It surrounds people, all creatures, plant kingdoms and all of nature.
The aura holds information about the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical condition of a person. Each color is relative to specific information. Above left I'm surrounded by red and white - red on one side of my head - a lot of mental activity, new active ideas and on the other side white that looks like twin energy. My guides? My spiritual self outside my physical self. I would say both.
My image on the right side taken in another year shows yellow cascading on either side of my head and very close to it looks like hair, doesn't it? A golden yellow sometimes as seen in the third charka, ego - self power center. I am at a time of feeling confident in my spiritual and physical, emotional world. The bridge between the yellow and on the outer side is a light green (mixed with some white), peaceful, and healing of my ego in a way I understood my life karmic path more so than in previous years.
The color(s) of the aura can change as it is affected by the mood and energy of a person. The color(s) may appear intense or dull, mobile or stationary.
Nowadays, auras can
be photographed by using specially designed light sensitive cameras. This
process known as Kirlian photography is named after Semyon Kirlian, a Russian scientist who
developed it. The technique is a collection of photographic techniques used to capture the phenomenon of electrical corona discharge (an electrical discharge brought on by the ionization of a fluid surrounding a conductor that is electrically energized.)
In this photo I am surrounded by blue and white, with some green in the center where my heart is. My aura conveys my distancing myself with the protection of my spiritual guides.
I do not have a Kirlian camera, rather see with my psychic eye (not a physical eye) to see auras emanate from clients as I begin my readings. This information is useful in helping me to understand my client’s energy––physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual image. If you choose to have an aura reading be sure to ask the reader to translate any information given about the “colors” she sees and how it applies to your situation.
Red energy: activity. In my head area (7th chakra) pertains to my spiritual awakening in action and the whitish energy above, visions. My visions and night dreams are very active as I'm guided to my path as a psychic/medium - beyond what I thought of myself, my life or my professional path. The intensity of moving forward was great during this time. Teaching, lecturing, meeting, often my change, people from great distances.
